Existing client hosting fees are good for the life of current plan user has enrolled with. Should user wish to upgrade or downgrade rate plan at anytime, new hosting fee will reflect current rate plans offered by Speenz at time of change.

6. Speenz Resellers*
Speenz resellers are classified as 1099 contractors. Anybody may become a Speenz reseller. There are no forced background checks, employment verifications, or references contacted. Speenz reserves the right to permanently block any user suspected of fraudulent or dishonest behavior of any sort. Speenz is not required to provide notification or explanation for suspensions or permanent deletions. Speenz reserves the right to prevent any type of activity between it's platform and users. Speenz resellers have the right to negotiate their preferred price points. Pricing is subject to user's own interpretation of their effort required to service or support other users. 8. Refund Process*

12. Billing information*
Should you sign up for a Charged Services (as defined in the Terms of Use), we will require your billing information along with information such as your name, phone number and address in order to process the transaction and to collect the fees involved. We do not store your billing information, and this information will be discarded after your transaction has been processed. Nevertheless, the required information for your billing will be stored by our payment gateway company which will store your billing information on their secure payment gateway for as long as necessary to carry out the terms of your subscription. 13. Auto Billing*
Auto Billing is mandatory as a Speenz user. You can change your payment information at any time. All billing begins when you complete the payment portion of sign-up process. Automatic billing will always take place within 3 days from the date membership started depending on if payment date takes place on a holiday, non-business day, or leap year. Renewals will occur automatically unless user cancels Speenz by email within 10 days of next payment date. 17. Trial Periods*

Speenz offers a suite of business templates. Speenz does not police or manage intended use of available business templates. Templates are available solely to be used as a point of reference. Speenz templates were created to help users conduct business in a professional manner. Speenz is not liable for outcome of use of these templates. Speenz business templates include sample versions of invoices, estimates, miscellaneous forms & proposals. It is solely the responsibility of user to police, manage, and authorize use of these templates.

19. User Activity*
Speenz does not police or manage individual user activity. Speenz reserves the right to review or enter any portion of Speenz network without notice.

20. Speenz Support*
Speenz is solely an Internet platform. Speenz does not deem itself an expert in any specific areas of business. Speenz Support is provided on its own best effort. Speenz is not responsible for the success or failures of its users. Speenz does not provide legal support or council for users.
